There are several critical deadlines not to be missed :

27th January 2007 Submission of proposed outline Paper (2 pages)

15th February 2007 Selection of Papers and notification of Speakers

15th March 2007 Speakers deadline to accept Invitation

15th April 2007 Payment of Meeting package costs of (£UK) 675 to Cambridge University

24th May 2007 Credit card details to Reid's Palace Hotel to secure room reservation

30th June 2007 Full refund or transfer of registration fee permitted

31st July 2007 50% refund of registration fee permitted 

31st July 2007 Submission of final (revised) 2-page Abstract for inclusion in the Proceedings

31st August 2007 No refunds possible after this date

31st October 2007 Submission of final Paper (20 sides maximum) for publication in a special issue of Journal of Materials Science, if desired.
