Registration & Grants
The complete 5-day Meeting package costs (UK £) 675 only, and includes all lunches and dinners, special reception evenings and
cocktails at sunset, and Gala Dinner, and all wines when dining. Naturally, it includes the Registration fee for the entire 5-day Meeting. Recipients of a grant are expected to stay at Reid's Palace as part of the special package negotiated with the Hotel. reservations@reidspalace.com
Participation in the Meeting includes attendance at all Plenary sessions and any Workshop and Master-Class, the printed Proceedings, daily refreshments, breakfasts, lunches, dinners, Welcome Converzasione on the Sunday evening, and Reception and Gala Dinner on the Thursday evening.
Additional places for accompanying members at all daily social events, including lunches, receptions, sunset cocktail parties, dinners, wines, etc can be reserved on request at a cost of (UK £) 335, paid for in advance only. Reserving additional places, which is strongly encouraged can be made by contacting Dr Peter Beaumont.
All participants including speakers must register in advance with payment of the package fee. Grants for non-UK speakers: available on request to cover the Registration fee element, which is (UK £) 340.
Grants for US speakers: as in previous years, US speakers will receive a grant from NSF towards their travel and Meeting package costs.
